Guidelines for Oral-Poster Presentations

ENVIRA2021 e-POSTERS: IMPORTANT NOTES AND GUIDELINES

Due to the large number of submitted abstracts, the guidelines for poster presentations has last minute changed.

During the e-poster session, presenters will present their presentation orally.

The time allocated for each poster is 4 min.

Please keep this time limit, since the number of poster presentations is large.

Please prepare your e-poster not as one large image but as a short presentation limited, for example, to 4-5 slides. All slides must be in landscape format (4:3).

ENVIRA2021 ORAL Presentations: IMPORTANT NOTES AND GUIDELINES

The time allocated for each ORAL presentation is 15 min.

Please keep this time limit, since the number of oral presentations is large.

There are 5 min more for questions and for connecting the next presenter.

Authors that are feel uncomfortable with zoom share screen they requested to submit their presentation in ppt format at the e-mail: envira2021@physics.auth.gr one day before their presentation.
